  • Despatch & Delivery Information

    The despatch date is when we send your goods to our courier, not your delivery date (when it arrives to you).

    Our customer communication promise means that we’ll keep you up to date on your order at every stage.
     
    The majority of our UK deliveries for large items are carried out by our couriers, GPL.  GPL is our two-man white-glove courier service who will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your goods to arrange a 3 hour delivery slot at a time that's best for you - including Saturdays!  Delivery is within 3-10 working days. 

    Alternatively, your delivery may be carried out by Yodel or APC Overnight, who will take delivery of your purchase and will deliver to you 2-5 working days after your despatch date.  We’ll let you know in your welcome email who your courier will be.


    The two man service covers mainland UK however, for an additional charge will deliver to The Highlands and Ireland (please note this only applies to large fragile items which require the specialist delivery. 
     
    Delivery Costs
    Delivery is free to the majority of the UK. In some cases, for example Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland, there may be a delivery fee

  • Returns Policy
    Our Returns Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@rivierajade.net.
    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    You can always contact us for any return question at sales@rivierajade.net.
    Please note as a small business we are unable to offer free returns.  It is yourresponsibly to arrange and pay for a return.  


    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Ex-display items are non-returnable. 

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
